Long Beach launches a Westside Night Market series
Long Beach announced a new fall night-market series designed with Westside business owners to bring food, music, vendors, and recurring activity to Santa Fe Avenue.

What happened
The confirmed facts.
Long Beach Community Development announced a series of Westside Night Markets at Admiral Kidd Park. The City says the events will bring together local businesses, food and drink vendors, handmade goods, services, live music, and family activities on the third Friday of September, October, and November.
The series grew from work with the newly formed Westside Long Beach Business Alliance and is part of the broader Westside Promise investment initiative. Event dates and participants may change, so visitors and vendors should use the City's page for current details.

Why owners may care
Useful context, without pretending one headline sets value.
Recurring neighborhood programming can create foot traffic and visibility for small businesses while showing how a corridor is being organized and promoted. It is a community and leasing signal, not evidence that every nearby property experiences the same demand or value effect.
